Track Your Package

Your user account will have all the information you need to view the progress of your item. Its easy, just login and click 'my account'. There you will see your orders, just select 'view' to retrieve tracking and other relevant information.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel sales of a customer without notification. In this case, Sonic Visions will refund the customer's credit card or PayPal transaction in full. If this is the case, we are not obliged to inform the customer as this is only carried out if fraudulent purchases are suspected. Please contact us if you believe your order was canceled accidentally.

USA & International Shipping

At this point Sonic Visions does not ship outside Canada, through our website shopping cart. However, we have shipped items all over the world from our Canadian location. If you are interested in a product but you live outside of Canada, please contact us.
